1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

✔️ Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery
✔️ Item must be unused, in original packaging & same condition

❌ Non-returnable items:
• Final sale/clearance items
• Personalized items

2️⃣ How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back:

Include: Order Number + Photos (if damaged) + Reason for return

➡️ We will provide the return instructions after approval.


3️⃣ Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping cost

  • If item was wrong or defective → we cover shipping 🟢

  • Trackable shipping recommended 📦


4️⃣ Refunds

  • Item received → inspected → refund approval email

  • Refund issued to original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)


5️⃣ Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please place a new order after refund 🛍️


6️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
📸 Photos required

We will arrange a replacement or full refund 💥


7️⃣ Order Cancellations

Cancel within 12 hours of purchase (before shipping)
After shipment → follow return process
